1. About Tealford Consulting
Tealford Consulting is a web design and digital strategy consultancy based in Dallas, Texas. We provide custom-coded websites, social media strategy, and marketing consultation services tailored to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
2. Services Provided
We offer digital services including but not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Social media strategy consultation
- Marketing and branding guidance
- Digital asset creation (e.g., logos, templates)
All services are performed on a project basis and detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Consultations and Proposals
We offer an initial free consultation to discuss project needs and scope. A written proposal or estimate may be provided afterward. Acceptance of a proposal constitutes agreement to proceed under these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom code, designs, and digital assets created for a client are delivered under a usage license. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified. Tealford Consulting reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur fees or result in paused service delivery.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary information, access, and approvals in a timely manner
- Use provided materials in accordance with applicable laws
- Review and approve prototypes and deliverables within the timelines set
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional fees.
7. Revisions and Support
Revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes requested after final delivery may incur an additional fee. We provide post-launch support for a limited period and offer optional ongoing maintenance plans.
8. Third-Party Services
We may assist in setting up third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, or analytics tools on behalf of the client. Tealford Consulting is not responsible for the performance, security, or uptime of these external providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tealford Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or search engine rankings.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or engagement in writing. In such cases, all completed work to date will be billed, and the client is responsible for payment for services rendered.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
